Donor Privacy Policy

All information about donors and prospective donors, including but not limited to their names, the names of their beneficiaries, the nature and amounts of their gifts, and the sizes of their estates will be kept strictly confidential by the Daily Living Centers and its representatives, unless the donor grants permission to release such information. All requests by donors for anonymity will be honored, except to the extent that the Daily Living Centers are legally required to disclose the identity of donors.

 

The Daily Living Centers does not sell, rent, trade or share its donor list with any other organizations. Upon a person’s request to discontinue further contacts, the person’s name and address will be promptly modified in our database to ensure that no further contact is made with the person.

Participants in the Transportation Program will not be denied due to limited fluency in English, Limited English Proficiency (LEP), all individuals participating will be given the ability to gain essential access and have equal access to all transportation services;

 

No person will be denied the transportation benefits or excluded from participation on the grounds of race, color or national origin, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
